(LongView) a Small Business (SB) prime contract to provide a broad range of solutions and integrated technologies to federal departments/agency. Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) is a 10-year multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) contract with a total ceiling value of $20 billion.
